Cooking Instructions: Rinse quinoa in a mesh colander under cold water. In a saucepan, add one part quinoa to two parts water or your favorite Inspired Organics stock or broth. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for about 12 min. Remove from heat. Let sit for 5 min. Enjoy!
